Our career readiness programs are designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to enter and thrive in the workforce. Through mentorship and skill-building workshops, we provide hands-on training in resume writing, interview preparation, financial literacy, and professional development.
Victim Support
Services
At HTE, we also recognize the profound impact that violence, trauma, and hardship can have on individuals and families. Through counseling, we offer emotional support to help individuals process their experiences and regain a sense of stability. Additionally, we provide recovery services such as support groups to help individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence. By fostering healing and long-term recovery, we stand as a source of strength and hope.
Violence Intervention
& Prevention
Our violence intervention and prevention initiatives take a proactive approach, addressing the root causes of violence before they escalate. Through outreach programs, we engage at-risk individuals—particularly youth and young adults—offering mentorship, conflict resolution training, and deescalation training. Our intervention strategies focus on resolving conflicts, providing mediation, and supporting victims and families affected by violence.
